Vouchers
Paper vouchers need to be presented in-store – they cannot be redeemed via phone, delivery or online.
Change or a voucher noting the remaining value cannot be provided during voucher redemption.

Standard Terms and Conditions for Social Media Competitions
* We never add your personal information to our mailing list, sell it, or give it away. You do not need to give us your mailing info unless you win.
* No purchase is necessary to enter.
* You must be 18 years of age to enter and be a resident of New Zealand. WE DO NOT SHIP PRIZES OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND.
* You must be willing to give us your full name and mailing address if you are the winner.
* Entrants must submit their entry by writing in the comments section of the Facebook post unless stated otherwise. Other mechanics may include ‘tagging’ or ‘direct messaging’ – entry mechanic will be clearly stated within the post.
* We select the winner(s) based on the date and time recorded on the comments posted in response the giveaway or trivia question. The winner has 4 days (unless stated otherwise) to respond via direct messaging. If we have not heard from the winner within 4 days (unless stated otherwise) we may select another winner, or forfeit the prize. We are not responsible for any missed messages if you do not respond within a timely manner.

Standard Terms and Conditions for Carl’s Jr. NZ
1. Discount coupons or added value may be issued by Carl’s Jr. NZ from time to time for use by Carl’s Jr NZ customers.
2. Offers are valid on surrender of coupon.
3. Unless otherwise indicated coupons are valid for one item or offer per order per day.
4. Prices and offers may be valid for a limited period only.
5. Offers may not be available in conjunction with another offer, coupon or special deal
Menu Pricing
Menu price may differ between online and in store due to the different associated costs and the nature of those services.
*The cost of delivery is captured through both the menu price and the service fee.
Guest Experience Survey
To receive survey code, make a purchase, retain receipt and complete online survey at www.TellCarlsJrNZ.com . Max 1 survey code per receipt. Survey code valid for 7 days from issue of original receipt. To redeem reward of 1 x Cheeseburger, print / write down the validation code received at the survey completion on the original receipt and show to staff at participating Carl’s Jr. Restaurants. Validation code valid for 30 days from date of issue and cannot be redeemed within the same day of original purchase. Not valid with any other offer.
Refund, Return and Disputes Resolution Policy
Please let us know if you were unsatisfied with your meal. You can contact your closest Carl's Jr. store with your feedback or reach us via our Contact Us form (located on our website).
If a replacement meal is not suitable and a refund is required we will do our best to ensure this is processed as soon as possible. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to process depending on your financial institution and the payment type you used at the time of your purchase.
